Your details, handled with care.

When you request a trip, we collect your name, email, optional phone number, departure city, party size, preferred timing, fishing interests and the notes you choose to provide. We also record your agreement to be contacted and any campaign identifiers in the link you used.

Why we collect them

Ty and his son use these details to respond to your inquiry, plan a suitable trip and understand demand for proposed departures. Submitting a request does not book a trip, hold a place, authorize a charge or subscribe you to a newsletter.

Storage and access

Requests are stored with the website’s hosting and database providers. The reservation inbox is restricted to authorized team accounts. The form does not collect payment information. Please do not include passport details, payment details or sensitive medical information.

Contact and deletion requests

You can reply to the reservation team when they contact you, or submit a request through the site asking to correct or delete your earlier inquiry. Include your request reference if available. We will verify your identity before disclosing or changing personal information.

Your booking comes later

Availability, final tax-inclusive pricing, inclusions and cancellation terms will be provided before a booking is accepted. No payment is taken on this website.
